Our Apps

Our apps do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

This applies to both apps below. Neither requires an account, neither asks you to sign in, and neither sends anything to us or to any third party.

• Everything either app saves stays on the device it was saved on.
• Controller and gameplay data travels only between your device and your Apple TV, over your own local network. It never leaves your home network.
• Nothing is sent to Digital Reflection, DR Game Systems, or any third party.
• Neither app contains advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking, and neither uses any advertising identifier.
• The controller app asks for Local Network access. That permission is used solely to find and connect to your Apple TV, and for nothing else.
• Because the data never leaves your device, deleting the app deletes it. There is nothing held on our side to request or erase.

The sections below describe this website, which is a separate system used to manage arcade machines. Using the apps does not create an account here.

This Website

The DR Game Systems Portal is used to manage arcade systems, player profiles, and service requests. You can browse it without an account. Information is only stored if you register.

What we store when you register

• Your username and email address, and your password stored only as a secure one-way hash. We never store your password itself and cannot read it.
• Optionally, your first and last name, and a player profile with a display name, avatar, and short bio if you choose to add one.
• Scores, tickets, and play statistics recorded by DR Game Systems arcade machines and linked to your player profile.
• Sign-in records, including the time and originating IP address of login attempts, kept to protect accounts against unauthorised access.

Why we store it

To sign you in and keep your session active, to show your scores on highscore and leaderboard pages, to respond to service requests you submit, and to keep accounts secure. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small preference cookie to remember your chosen language and light or dark theme. These are required for the site to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own use. We will only disclose information where we are required to by law.

What other players can see

If you create a player profile, your display name, avatar, and scores may be visible to other signed-in users on leaderboard and highscore pages. Your email address is never shown to other users.

Your Choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about your account, and we will tell you.
• You can correct your details at any time from your account settings, or ask us to correct them for you.
• You can ask us to delete your account and the information attached to it. Contact us and we will remove it.
• For the apps, there is nothing to request. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.

Children

Our apps collect no information from anyone, including children. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting account holders will also be sent by email.
